Almost every house we build is a custom design. Quantum has in-house drafting expertise so we can develop your own sketches, photos and ideas into three-dimensional images and plans. Or we can work from your own professional drawings.

We have developed detailed check lists and tip sheets to help you understand the homebuilding process and enjoy your participation. We’ve found that clear understanding and good communications throughout the process help us all avoid most of the problems common to this industry.

Quantum also has special expertise in working with clients who are located out of town or overseas. Through a sophisticated system of digital photos and email you can be as closely involved with the progress and decision-making on your home as if you were right on site.
